SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to ship.

We will email a tracking number once your order has been shipped. 

If you have any shipping questions, please contact Lindsay at 830-832-0833. 

**Please note that shipping charges are nonrefundable**

Shipping will be determined by the size of the package needed. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want our customers to be satisfied with your order. Please inspect your product as soon as you receive it and let us know immediately of any concerns. We need your promptness to ensure we are made aware of any issues. 

We would love your help with preventing any confusion on your order. If you have any questions, we are glad to provide additional pictures and information upon request. 

 

For any undamaged and unused product that meets our return criteria, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. It must be in the same condition as we sent it. An exchange will be used to rectify the issue, unless it is accepted as a return.

To begin the process, email lindsay@royalbrandingco.com within 7 days of delivery. If your exchange is accepted, we will email you the information needed to mail the product back. Shipping fees will apply.  

In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return: personalized and custom items, gift cards, or sale items.
